A refund will be provided only if:
The issue submitted is outside the scope of the service
The service has not yet been initiated
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
The solution has already been delivered
The user fails to provide required information
The issue is due to user misunderstanding or incorrect usage
In rare cases, a partial refund may be considered if:
There is a significant delay in response beyond the committed timeframe
Any duplicate payment made by mistake will be refunded after verification.
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
